If you are looking for a fresh approach to settle your clients’ family law disputes and would like to be a part of Queensland’s growing association for collaborative law professionals, please complete the online form below. QACP membership has many benefits.

Depending on your training in collaborative practice, you will approved as either an associate member (no training required) or a full member (minimum required 16 hours of collaborative practice training).

Membership fees for full members and associates are as follows:

• $150 per annum for the first member from a firm
• $100 per annum for each member from that firm thereafter

Student membership is free for full-time law students.

Once your membership has been approved, you will receive an email with further details on payment of membership fees.  Upon payment of membership fees, full members’ details will be added to the Find a Collaborative Professional directory.

If you are an associate member, please ensure you advise us once you have completed your training so your details can be available for clients and other lawyers looking for a collaborative professional.
